Khulna University Admission 2026-27: Four Units Test on 17 and 18 December

Khulna University (KU) will finish its 2026-27 admission tests in two days. On 17 December 2026, unit C (arts and humanities, social science, law, education, fine arts) and unit D (business administration); on 18 December, unit A (science, engineering and technology) and unit B (life science).

KU has run its own test outside the GST cluster since 2024-25. It is one of the earliest public-university tests this season — it falls in between DU’s units — so watch closely for the application window and eligibility, neither of which had been announced by 26 September.

Which unit covers what

A science student hoping to try both A and B should be careful — both are on 18 December. If they run in two shifts you can sit both; if not, you choose one. The circular will show the timings.

KU in the middle of DU — planning the travel

DU’s science unit is on 12 December and its arts, law and social science unit on 19 December. Sitting KU’s unit C in Khulna on the 17th and then DU in Dhaka on the 19th means leaving on the 18th — possible by road over the Padma Bridge, but with little rest. For a science student the sums are easier: DU science finishes on the 12th, leaving nearly a week before Khulna.

A second Khulna test: KUET

Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) runs its own test this year on 8 January 2027. KU’s unit A and KUET both lean on maths, physics and chemistry, so December’s preparation carries straight into January. If ships or the sea appeal, the Maritime University’s naval architecture programme is another option.
